I am a professional chef with 35 years of experience in culinary management including Michelin starred restaurants, James Beard Award winning venues and non-profit institutions. I specialize in healthy, organic multi-cultural cuisine with emphasis on local ingredients and nutritional value. Colorado has been my home for 17 years and I have had the pleasure of working in both the Eagle Valley and the Roaring Fork Valley. Prior to my experiences here, I worked in Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe and Portland, Oregon. I am originally from Asheville, NC and have a solid background in WNC BBQ as well. I am excited to be at The Raven at Three Peaks providing a welcoming atmosphere with a “hospitality first” attitude.
