Weddings at Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks are spectacular, with photo opportunities at every turn. The exceptional standards of guest service you've come to expect on the golf course carry over to our weddings, with gourmet cuisine, luxuriously appointed reception and ceremony areas, and a food & beverage staff to handle your every need on your big day.
Clubhouse Rental Rates:
- $3,000 Start time of 3pm – 5pm
- $2,000 Start time of 5pm or later
- $2,000 Holiday dates and Holiday Weekends from October 1st thru May 31st
- $4,000 Holiday dates and Holiday Weekends from June 1st thru September 30th
- $1,000 Off-season & non-holiday dates
- 10th Tee Box wedding site $500 (4 tiers to view from)
- Tent fee: $1,000 (strongly suggest for any group over 85 people)
- Plated dinners for under 36 people, buffets for 36 people or more
- We require a $500 deposit to secure a date
Clubhouse rental secures the dining room, patio, women & men’s lockers room, member lounge & member deck for your function. We close the dining room 2-3 hours prior to the event for setup.
We are an easily accessible, semi-private club. Our dining room seats 78 as it is currently set up but can hold 100 if rearranged. Our patio currently seats 36 but can double in capacity. Our tent covers 2/3 of the patio and sits flush against the building. It is white with a cathedral ceiling, windows and removable sides. All alcohol and beverages must be purchased from us. We can bring in any specific wine, beer or liquor preferred. All food prices are inclusive of linen fees, equipment rental, wedding cake fees, and table setup fees.
In addition to any other fees, gratuities, room rentals, etc., the Raven will charge an additional 20% of the caterer’s fee. The group must provide the caterer estimate at the time of deposit payment.
- The kitchen will be unavailable to the outside caterer staff.
- The caterer must provide all cooking, food storage, presentation, cleaning, etc. materials and staff. The Raven will provide bartenders.
- The caterer must return the clubhouse to the condition it was prior to rental. If not, then a minimum cleaning fee of $500 will be assessed.
- The caterer must be insured and provide proof of insurance.
- All beverages will be through the Raven at standard rates and procedures.
- Additional labor charges will apply if set up and take down is required by Raven staff at $150 per hour.
